Stock Availability
At 3 for a girl. 4 for a boy we usually have all items in stock at all times.
However, there may be occasional delays with very popular or limited edition products.
If so we will advise you when we receive your order and give you our best estimate of delivery times, before we continue.
Exchanges And Returns
We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are. So, if our products do not stand up to your expectations, please return them within 7 days of purchase and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. (Return address is below) All goods returned must be in the original packaging and carefully repackaged so as to constitute a resalable condition. They must not have been worn other than for the purpose of trying the garment for size, as is reasonable.
All orders returned are at the cost of the purchaser and no responsibility can be accepted by the seller for loss or damage to goods in transit. We recommend they are sent Royal Mail Recorded delivery. It wouldn�t be a bad idea to email us via the contact page, to warn us that something is on the way back. Please include your order number and delivery details.
